Shipping Information

At Roany’s, we make sure your items are shipped quickly and packaged safely for arrival at their final destination. We ship packages via Canada Post between 2-4 business days after receiving payment. Please note that we do not ship packages on weekends or holidays. We also do not ship packages outside of Canada, Australia, France, Germany, the USA, or the UK at this time. If we are away at an event when you place your order, then we will ship out the items upon our return (please see our events page for more information).

All packages are required to be shipped by a trackable method. If you choose a non-trackable, unregistered method of shipping (aka Small Packet for international customers), we will cancel your order and provide a full refund by the same method of payment used. Once items have been shipped, we will contact the customer with their tracking number, which can be used via the Canada Post website. Customers with shipping addresses outside of Canada are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. For more information regarding shipping, please see our FAQ page.


We inspect all of our items before they are shipped to our customers.  Therefore, items we send out will be in new, unused condition unless otherwise noted in the item’s description. Please read the full item description before purchasing. We only allow exchange of factory damaged items, no returns unless we are sold out. If we are sold out of the item the customer wishes to return, we will issue a full refund of the item cost only (not shipping cost) in Canadian dollars by the same method the item was initially paid for with. In most cases, the customer is required to pay and ship the item back to us so we can return it to our supplier.

For shipped packages, we allow exchanges of factory damaged items up to 3 business days after the customer receives the package. If there is something wrong with the item once you receive it, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can resolve the issue. Our customers are very important to us and we will always do our best to work with you to resolve any complaints. PLEASE NOTE that orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they can cover the cost of all items in the cart before checking out.
